110 Construction Management was engaged to deliver a new retail shopfit in Doncaster, Melbourne, working with the Casetify Design Team to bring the design concept through to completion.

The project included the complete shopfit, coordination and installation of joinery, new lighting, sound system and signage. A specialist component involved the preparation of a 3-metre dinosaur display sample, which was sent to the HEDA office in China for review and approval.

The project involved coordination between the local construction team, design team and overseas stakeholders. 110 Construction Management managed the delivery and installation of joinery and coordinated specialist elements including lighting, sound and signage, with responsive problem-solving around power and access requirements.

Despite the number of specialist components and stakeholders involved, the project was successfully completed within a 4-week construction program.
