110 Construction Management was engaged to upgrade and refurbish an operating dry-cleaning premises while allowing the business to remain open throughout construction.

The project included the installation of a new disability access ramp, internal shopfit works and timber wall cladding to both internal and external areas.

The primary challenge was completing the works while the dry-cleaning business continued operating. Construction activities were carefully coordinated and sequenced to minimise disruption to the business and maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.

The works were completed within a 6-day construction period, with all timber cladding and associated construction works delivered by 110 Construction Management while the business remained operational.
