110 Construction Management was engaged to transform an existing commercial premises into a new restaurant through demolition and complete internal refurbishment.

The works included demolition of the existing shopfit and construction of the new restaurant fitout. The project also required structural works and the installation of a disability access ramp.

110 Construction Management coordinated closely with McCartney Design and the relevant consultants throughout the project. Structural and accessibility requirements were incorporated into the construction program, with the various trades and consultants coordinated to maintain the overall project sequence.

The restaurant fitout was delivered over a 10-week construction program, providing the client with a newly refurbished commercial premises ready for operation.
