Client Brief
Following a report prepared by C.H.E Engineering, 110 Construction Management was engaged to undertake remedial works to an existing window installation.
Scope of Works
The works included removal of the existing window, installation of end caps, rectification of the sub-sill flashing and reinstatement of the window.
Our Approach
The window was removed to allow the underlying flashing arrangement to be rectified. Following completion of the works, a water test was undertaken after 24 hours for approximately 10 minutes to verify the installation. Once testing was successfully completed, the insulation and plasterboard were reinstated.
Project Outcome
The complete remedial scope was successfully delivered within a 3-day construction program, restoring the affected area following completion of the required rectification works.
