110 Construction Management was engaged to deliver a first-floor addition together with extensive renovation works to an existing residence in Rozelle.

The project required careful coordination between the structural, carpentry, services and finishing trades while construction was undertaken to an existing residence. 110 Construction Management managed the sequencing of the structural steel and carpentry works before progressing through the internal and external renovation components.

The complete project was delivered within a 6-month construction program, providing the existing home with additional accommodation and extensive internal and external improvements.
