110 Construction Management was engaged to renovate one common bathroom and one ensuite, with a focus on improving the layout and functionality of both spaces.

The works included complete renovation of both bathrooms, relocation and upgrading of hydraulic points and installation of new waterproofing.

The hydraulic services were redesigned and relocated to suit the new bathroom layouts. A sheet membrane waterproofing system was installed before the final finishes were completed, with works carefully sequenced across the plumbing, waterproofing, tiling and finishing trades.

Both bathrooms were successfully renovated within the agreed 3-week construction program.
