MASCOT DISABILITY BATHROOM CONVERSION

Accessible Bathroom Conversion  ·  Mascot, NSW

Client Brief

110 Construction Management was engaged to convert an existing bathroom at Mascot into a fully accessible disability bathroom, providing safe, independent use for people with limited mobility.

Scope of Works

  • Strip-out of the existing bathroom
  • Reconfiguration of the layout for wheelchair access and circulation
  • New accessible pan, wall-hung basin and lever tapware
  • Stainless steel grab rails to the toilet, shower and basin
  • Step-free roll-in shower with fold-down seat and curtain track
  • Slip-resistant waterproof flooring throughout
  • Accessible signage and compliant door hardware

Our Approach

The works were carried out in line with accessibility requirements, with careful attention to grab-rail placement, clear circulation space and a level, slip-resistant floor. 110 Construction Management coordinated the demolition, plumbing, waterproofing and fit-off trades to deliver a safe and durable facility with minimal disruption.

Project Outcome

The completed bathroom delivers safe, independent access with a roll-in shower, accessible fixtures and full grab-rail support — a compliant, hard-wearing and easy-to-maintain facility.
