110 Construction Management was engaged to refurbish an existing office environment in Double Bay and improve the functionality of the workplace.

The project included the creation of a new boardroom and kitchen area, renovation of two bathrooms and full internal painting throughout the office.

The works were coordinated across multiple trades to deliver the new workplace facilities while maintaining an efficient construction sequence. The boardroom, kitchen, bathrooms and general office areas were progressively completed to create a cohesive refurbished workplace.

The project delivered an updated office environment incorporating new meeting, kitchen and bathroom facilities together with refreshed internal finishes.
