110 Construction Management was engaged to coordinate the construction and completion of a luxury residential property in Kingsgrove, working closely with the architect and client throughout the project.

The project involved the construction and completion of the residence, including the supply and installation of custom joinery, windows, stone and furniture. A significant portion of these items was sourced from China and required coordination of international supply, delivery and installation.

110 Construction Management coordinated the architectural design, construction trades, suppliers and specialist finishes throughout the project. The international procurement component required careful coordination to ensure materials and finishes were supplied and installed in accordance with the design requirements.

The residence was successfully completed over a 20-month construction program and within the client’s budget, delivering a completed luxury home incorporating the specified architectural finishes and furnishings.
