Major Apartment Renovation · Kirribilli, NSW
Architect: Carla Middleton Architecture
Client Brief
110 Construction Management was engaged to undertake a substantial apartment renovation involving structural, hydraulic and internal refurbishment works.
Scope of Works
The project included major structural works, including removal of the lower-ground-floor slab and installation of a new raft slab, together with sewer and stormwater works. The slab to Unit 2 was also removed and reinstated. Following the structural works, the apartment underwent a complete internal strip-out and renovation, including a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, two new bedrooms and associated services and finishing works.
Our Approach
The project required detailed coordination between structural works, hydraulic services and internal trades within an existing apartment environment. The construction sequence was carefully managed to progress the structural and services works before moving into the internal refurbishment phase.
Project Outcome
The project transformed the existing apartment through substantial structural and internal renovation works, creating a significantly upgraded residential environment in accordance with the architectural design.
