110 Construction Management was engaged to undertake remedial works to the front entry structure following waterproofing issues.

The existing front entry structure was removed to provide access to the affected area. The works included re-framing, re-sheeting and installation of a new waterproofing system.

The remedial works were carefully sequenced to allow the affected structure to be removed, reconstructed and waterproofed, with particular attention given to the installation of the new waterproofing system and its integration with the surrounding construction.

The complete remedial works were delivered within a 2-week program, with the new waterproofing system installed as part of the rectification works.
