110 Construction Management was engaged to deliver a complete fitout for a new pizza shop on Cleveland Street, Surry Hills, developing a practical and commercially viable fitout in close coordination with the client and design team.

The project involved the complete shopfit, including the installation of new services and infrastructure where no existing services were available, a pump-out grease arrestor, and the full internal fitout of the premises.

110 Construction Management worked closely with D-Studio and the project consultants throughout design and construction, coordinating the various consultants and trades to ensure the proposed design could be effectively constructed while meeting the operational requirements of the business.

The complete shopfit was delivered within a 5-week construction program and within the client’s budget, providing a finished commercial premises ready for operation.
